It’s a rare 1969 Nissan patrol. I do not have the title for the vehicle, I never got it put in my name and lost the title. It does need a rear axle shaft as this one is broken. I just have too many projects and trying to down size asking 3000 obo and possibly trades

It's a '68 or what we fondly refer to as a '68-sold-as-a-'69 or some call a '68 ½.

So, would the body parts (including the doors) be compatible with a 1966? They look similar but I am far from being any kind of expert.

No, the doors and door latches are different, they won't just swap over. Even the front fenders, windshield and the tub have differences.
