Fuel Gauge Calibration

Post by Slackd »

My ‘69 L60 fuel gauge kinda works. Shows past F when full, 3/4 full when close to empty.

Any tricks on adjustment/calibration?

It’s only a matter of time before I’m walking home.

Thanks
Dave

There’s a lot of info on this forum fairly recently concerning fuel level sensors.
Specs are presented for various years.

Thanks. After more homework (and post reading) I have realized I have discarded the gauge regulator (Doh!), which impacts both temp and fuel readings.

Bummed.
