Seat latch and battery access panel for free

I have two parts for free for anyone who'd like if they pay for shipping. I have a passenger seat latch that articulates as it should.

I also have the under-driver seat plate/panel with battery access door. It's warped, dented with some silicone on it, but it's all there.

Both are from a 1969 Patrol. I'm in South Dakota and can ship if you send me a shipping label.
