Good to see another couple old girls saved from full decay or ending up as scrap metal like alot of the old G60s fate was, only one thing that killed the old G60s and that was rust.
Unfortunately your old girls look quiet rough, however one is clearly more repairable then the other, it all depends how dedicated, skilled and what's your patience level is.
I got into the old G60s as a young kid mate, and around 50 G60s later im still a die hard enthusiast.
Ive had plenty worse then yours over time.
I'm a mechanic so that side of its easy for me, however I carnt do bodywork ect, so for me I just buy things with a good body and the rest is easy for me to sort out.
How old are you ? I was a young fella once and used to buy any g60 that i come across, had big plans to restore them all (total restorations required when you look back I don't know what I was thinking haha

Several years later, One day my parents and brother went to the US for a holiday, I couldn't afford to go so I was left at home with instructions to not buy anymore G60s.
Well that was never goin to work
I teed up a mate with a trailer and we headed to pick up a $200 swb with a siezed engine, it required no body work, no rust just old paintwork but still very presentable, I ripped the motor out of my first ever G60, threw it in, abd had it registered within 2 weeks of getting it home.
To this day other then brakes a set of wheel bearings a headlight and sump gasket, that car hasn't cost me anything more.
I really hope you get some satisfaction and enjoyment out of the old G60s mate, there great rigs, very underappriciated 4x4s, hope to see somthing come of them
Just remember they can get frustrating and if you don't swear now you'll soon learn
They definitely look like Aussie G60s. Going to say by the rust and the landscape somewhere in Western Australia? I'm on the East Coast
