Has anyone else on replaced the parking brake pads on their patrols? if so, how much of a pain is it? i think i have all of the parts, but havent really looked into how to disassemble/ reassemble it. If it is difficult to fix, I suppose that i deserve it, as i was the imbicile who drove 30 miles with the brake on!

I just had mine rebuilt on my 64....I got everything from Nissan except the rod (had the rod made) and had my mechanic rivet the pads on. Lining $6x2 $12, brass rivets $.20x20 $4, cam $12x2 $24, rod $16, mechanic $25....total $81. I didn't think about getting it coated like Paul, I should have. You can still get the brake handle assembly from Nissan too for around $100 but I didn't need one.
