60Patrol

Is there anyone out there that owns a Patrol and lives in the Northeast?? (USA, that is). Also, thanks to everyone who responded to my message regarding diff. parts, etc.

I know that this is an old note, but I am in South Eastern Pa, And it looks as though there is at least one other in my area.   jdkiefer

I live in Mechanicsburg, Pa and have a '69 Patrol. It is ROUGH! I got the engine running about two weeks ago but, have lots to do yet. It has not moved under its own power yet but feel confident I can get it that far. The body is in very bad shape and is going to require a lot of diamond plate before she sees the road and an inspection sticker. What condition is yours in, etc...? -aj

I will have some extra tubs from vehicles that I am parting out.  I am located in Denver, CO.  The tubs have very minimal amounts or rust on them and just a few dings.  I am able to ship them via Forward Air if anyone is interested in purchasing one. -Jeff  

I might be interested in a rolling chassis and tub asthe body and frame are both rusted through in spots.How much does shipping them cost? And how much do youthink you'd be willing to part with theaforementioned? Before that, I need a gas tank. I am not sure how much it would cost to ship a good frame and tub.  I would ship a tub alone via Forward Air.  The frame is too large though.  A rolling chassis with a tub on it?  I would figure shipping would be upwards of $1000.  I get $300 for each of my rear axles and the front axles fetch a couple hundred usually as well.  A rolling chassis and tub is going to go for close to $1,000.  Add shipping and you are looking at a LOT of money.  I figured a tub would ship for under $200.  Probably about $80-$100.  I would charge about $200 for a "tub" in good shape.  I am talking about just the rear part of the body since it all unbolts.  Let me know if you have any ideas or want more info.  I won't be ready to sell a tub for a month or so anyways. -Jeff jeepcj_6@yahoo.com
