Re: Heater core
There are no replacements known. What is known is that all the Nissan numbers and parts are in the Patrolobilia section in one of the parts books that anyone can download for free. I'd look it up for you but you can get a lot more info looking it up yourself.
Yesterday I turned in a heater core to have rebuilt. They will use the sides and replace the venting louvers, $80. Do not throw your away or send it to me if you give up on it.

Re: Heater core
I had a radiator shop once that was able to match it up with one from their book. No idea what brand or number it was though. TThere aren't any compatible cores that I know of. I always just take them to a radiator shop and they fix them up.

Re: Heater core
The heater core that I pulled out of my 69 Montana patrol had a repair shop tab on it from being repaired in Kalispel Montana at one point in its life.... It needs to be repaired again... so I will take it into the local shop and get it repaired.. again...
Good old brass tanks are fixeable...

Re: Heater core
I just picked up my rebuilt heater core. He reused the sides and made a new core section. PITA at $80, never again so I gave him $100. He said he'd do them again for $130, FYI.

Re: Heater core
Wow $80 is pretty good I think. $130 is still probably a good deal too

Re: Heater core
If you had the dimensions a radiator shop should be able to make one for you.

Re: Heater core
If anyone has one out and would like to measure it for me and send some pics that would be great. Thanks
