It will be a challenge to find dual wiper motors that your visors will accommodate. The visors were designed for the single motor in the middle, no obstruction. '68 was the only year that had visors and dual wiper motors, and the visor frames straddle the motors. The windshield frame you are getting looks like it has those visors already, lucky you.
The wiper motor for the '68 has a thicker shaft than the earlier motors, and mount reversed.

My patrol is a 68 with the two wiper motors and extended visor frames.
I'll pull a motor and measure it. Each motor has its own one-speed switch and (I believe) a 5/16 dia, round, undrilled shaft to attach the wiper arm.

I've got a windshield frame from a 69 that I would part with I can get some pics for you tomorrow. Not sure if it would fit the bill. I'm in canada
