I just got a quote from Dobinson's Australia for 2" lifted heavy duty springs to suit LWB ute:

Front Leaf (pair) $630.00
Rear Leaf (pair) $881.48

Shipping to the states couldnt be that much

Looks like they probably bundled the shipping in to the cost of the rear springs.

Have you tried talking to the local industrial truck workshops over there, they should be able to put you onto a spring maker who can help you out, you may only need to replace a couple of leafs. air shocks may also help.

I have a place near me that makes custom springs semi-reasonable a friend of mine knows several people who used them and my mechanic vouches for them also. I may go that route when I get ready. I would recommend doing a Google search in your area for custom springs. I was told by a friend I could get all four corners between $700-$800. I have not verified that yet, it will be a couple of months before I get a chance. If anyone is interested I could take my Patrol there and see if they could measure the stock ones.

Deaver is who a lot of the Nissan Frontier guys use for the rear when lifting. Those that do speak highly of them.
A 10 leaf pack through PRG Products is $699 including shipping. But these are listed as a race pack.

I dropped my Patrol off at Deaver and they will keep it for a couple of days to get measurements. They will have me come back later for the fitting. The said they have had calls for these but did not have one to measure. Does anyone know if there are bushings that fit these?

Stock patrol spring bushings were press fit into the spring eye.

I found a set of polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension products that had the correct barrel diameter to fit the Patrol spring eye, but I think they also had a center hole that was too big for the stock patrol center sleeve, if I remember correctly...

I have the number jotted down on my notepad at home - when I get home later tonight I will look it up and post it.

When I've gotten spring kits from Dobinson's, they come with new bushings but they're not installed. They are the poly bushing. They also come with new bushings for the shackle mount that have to be pressed in. I even found some NOS bushings this week while sorting parts. So I know there are bushings, but I don't know the size or where to get them. Maybe from Australia. But stay out of my garage.
