Justin,
I wish, I did look at these when I did the conversion. The two sets of (6) concentric holes line up with either a Dana 30, or Dana 44. The Chevy backplates I used also fit the Dana 44. The patrol also has (6) concentric holes, but they are not spaced equidistant from each other like the Dana axles.

Not in any manual. I measured most of the dimensions, drafted it in autocad then plotted it to scale. Print the plot, cut out the template and mark your 3/8" plate to drill and cut. If you print this attacchment and the OD measures 7", tge scale is good. Cut out the center and around the 7" diameter, punch the 6 holes and it should fit over your knuckle flange studs. Make two out of 3/8" plate and you are one step closer to front disc brakes.

It's great to have so many Patrol owners with special talents. This kind of stuff is golden to someone who has been searching for this solution, and anyone else that wants to go that route. This is where the value in the community is, right here.

Thanks RP! I feel like I take so much more than I give. You're right, I have learned so much from some really talented people here, I am happy to be a small part of this community.
BTW, I did not not miss your subtle hint earlier about the How To guide. I have been working on assembling the part numbers and these drawings/templates. I have my engineer in my office redrafting these scaled drawings in Autocad so they can be posted/shared, then maybe even plasma or laser cut.

It will take a while to get it all together, but I am working on it.

Nice work on those.
This looks easier to fabricate than what I did, welding the entire backing plate to the new ring. What calipers and rotors did you use?

i decide to use toyotas calipers (S12+8, TLCs, 4runners and hilux) and rotors (toyota prado), i had to make some adjustments to the rotors to fit the wheels, in my project there is the process i did.

Been having some trouble with my temp and fuel gauges. Rummaging around I read the post with the link to a ratsun thread that discussed using an electronic voltage regulator to replace the electromechanical version. Parts were ordered weeks ago. Parts were MIA for weeks. Found them this morning, looking for something else, of course. Here's what I did today:
Removed the stock gauge regulator from under the driver's side dash.

Opened up the regulator housing by carefully bending back the six small metal tabs that hold the phoenelic board inside the the metal housing.

Cut off the regulator spring at the output terminal. New regulator and optional capacitors shown on right.

Carefully unwind some wire to connect to the center ground terminal on the new regulator. Clean the input and output terminals on the phoenelic board so the new regulator terminals can be soldered to them.

Carefully bend the leads of the regulator as shown. Drill a 1/8" hole in the phoenelic board. Pop rivet the regulator to the board and solder the input, output and ground terminals as shown.

Reassembled, tested with a Dewalt drill battery as an input voltage 18vdc then installed in Ducky.
Temp and Fuel gauges working properly!!!
