Edit: Replaced the drawing with a more convenient scale.
I've always wanted to have the diagrams from the service manual to a meaningful scale. The following is a first attempt into it, with the Chassis or Frame.
I scanned the diagram, and then modified the scale. This document when printed at 100% size, will produce a scaled drawing of the chassis.
The scale is 1:20
This means that 1 unit in the paper, represents 20 units in real life. So 1"=20", or 1mm = 20mm.
I guess this diagram will work for both. types of units
When printing the PDF, make sure to choose Scaling type: none, so the drawing prints correctly.
I would like your comments, to see how we can improve this. I can erase all the measurements in millimeters noted in the original drawing and replace it with the corresponding in inches.

That's awesome Esteban, beautiful work!
This is something I have no experience with... but aren't stock measurements crucial for frame straightening? Perhaps this could be put to use righting some crooked frames and save some of the castoff patrols...
What about adding an overlay or a duplication with all bolt locations including size/thread/torque etc specs? Could be a VERY helpful reference for frame off restos...

Thanks a lot for the comments posted. Really encouraging. 
By the way, to all of you that downloaded the drawing, do it again, since I replaced it with another one at a different scale that will be easier to use. The drawing now works for both Metric and Standard measurements. Still a work in progress. My idea is to do the drawing of the chassis in the cad program to replace the scanned image that's there at the moment. That way you can have a lot more flexibility with the resulting PDF and will print correctly at any scale, and the file will be very small. Adding layers on top of it will be very simple.
Please note that this drawing is coming from an earlier version of the chassis, that for the USA market is correct. Minor changes were done later on, I think around 1970. Mounting holes are still in the same place. Also, this is for a SWB. We'll need to add one for the MWB and the LWB. For that, I'll need the help of one of our members in Australia or New Zealand.
