Whats that next job you need to do on your 60 Series

If it doesn't fit in the others but is 60 series related, post it up.

Whats that next job you need to do on your 60 Series

Post by Swerve »

For me now I’m driving the 73 Showcar is the rattles, after driving HP which is rattle free. The rear jump seats in the 73 rattle by flexing forward and back. Also the rear tailgate appears to rattle and I’m sure there is still one on the spare wheel carrier.

I did notice an easy fix on the jump seat by wedging something in the hole to stop it flexing forward / back. So for you fellow Patrols what your next pet hate and fix on the Patrol

If you dont want the seats to rattle Sell them to me :D

I need to either take the roof of the 72 G60 as it rattles like crazy,or wear ear mufs, yesterday i Re-done Valve Clearances and adjusted the Holley Carby, now it doesnt shoot flames from the exhaust

Need to fill up the 78 as its not pumping fuel,i think its just because its empty,as was workign fine till it cut out

Need to organise a few thigns on the 66

Cool-

Bring your tools- while you're here you can re-do the header over my garage door so my garage expansion project can pass its final inspection...

Then, we can arm wrestle over the 5-speed.... or maybe rock-paper-scissors.

I'm with Norville: everything. Just not all on one Patrol.

Dream Garage Patrol needs the fuel tank dropped and cleaned, connect the fuel lines, clean the carb and it should fire up.
Studly needs new holes drilled in the hard top to mate up with the new sides, and a rear side window installed.
Hadji needs the starter replaced (I think), the gas/petrol tank replaced, rear wiring harness replaced and a new instrument cluster installed.
Ozzie needs the rear tail lights installed, rear wiring harness repaired, side steps (hint, hint Swerve) and the wheels balanced.
Pot Farm needs the brake master rebuilt.
Limey needs to be driven.
Togo needs to be driven, and a bit of paint work.
RiverPatrol needs the doors hung, a gas tank skid plate, and the hard top secured over the windshield.
Punkin needs the front differential swapped out.

And then I can start thinking about paint and body work.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Why are there no pictures of Punkin or RiverPatrol in your gallery...?

What, did that foot surgery break your camera? :D

You also need to add one more task to your list:

"Take the header off of Ozzie, and ship it to moore_rb "
