Hello,
My name is Aaron from TX. Owner of a 1980 Nissan G61. Great to know a Patrol community exists. Im hoping to learn more on mechanics and maintenance. Parts are hard to come by and auto stores have never heard or seen my type of vehicle. Could be a little frustrating but I enjoy the challenge I suppose. Hello y'all!

Welcome to 60Patrol! :text-welcomeconfetti: That is a beeyooteefulll Patrol! :o Very nicely done. The G61 are quite a bit rarer than the 60 series. They do share many of the same components, but there are some significant differences as well. We'll be glad to educate you on all of this. :D
Beyond any hope for intervention

Thank you! I will make all request once we have a clear day. Been raining nonstop.
I am in need of a softtop with rear and slide doors.

Thanks again for the warm welcome. Glad to be a part.

G'day mate, just seen your post. I was reading here last week that Komatsu produced a forklift that had the P40 engine in them. As i was chasing a sump gasket last week I telephoned Komatsu and read off a part number from their US catalogue. Turns out the number matched for the Aussie Catalogue, and I saved myself almost $50. Might want to keep that in mind should you be chasing engine bit's and pieces. You can find that catalogue here http://60patrol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=2084

Have a good one
Paul
